What is a BID?

The Menomonee Falls Village Centre is an area of historic properties and residences in Downtown Menomonee Falls.

In 1993, the Village Centre Business Improvement District (BID) was created. Its specific location is bordered on the north end of Appleton Avenue by Roosevelt Drive. The district extends south on Appleton Avenue to Jacobson Drive. At the east point of Main Street we start after St. Mary’s Church and go west on Main Street to the North Junior High Campus property. Menomonee Falls Downtown is roughly defined as the area “Where Main & Appleton Meet”.

Our Mission

The MISSION of the Downtown Village Centre BID is to improve, maintain, and promote the downtown as a destination for the benefit of all; enhance downtown economic viability and provide a sense of community.

    • Quality Stamping and Tube began in 1982 as a modest, two-man tool & die / metal stamping shop nestled comfortably in a small, 5000 square foot building. Two years later, with the addition of new fabricating equipment, QS&T began manufacturing radiators for the OEM off-highway and stationary equipment markets. It was a move that proved to be very beneficial for the company — one that has culminated in steady growth and 11 patents for revolutionary radiator designs. In 1999 QS&T added an aluminum extruder to round out its manufacturing capabilities.Today, you could fit 32 buildings the size of QS&T’s original plant into its modern 160,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The company is recognized nationwide for the many exclusive and innovative improvements which have elevated QS&T products clearly above the ordinary.
