We are very fortunate to be living in one of the safest communities in Wisconsin with ratings from many sources sighting Menomonee Falls year after year to always be in the top 5-10% of all cities over 15,000 residents. I will work with Chief Ruzinski to maintain this high level through proper budgeting to address the new technology, officer training and equipment. I will not micro manage but rather work with all the trustees and her staff to assure we facilitate there needs through prudent oversight.
